Use the Ask for HOPE option to record a video, audio, or text message and share what you're feeling.
Tell us who you want to share the video with:
1) people who share your lived experience
2) people who love someone with your condition 3) anyone at all
We'll alert the audience of your choice that you could use some words of encouragement. Once they record these, you'll get a text message and email when have a video message of hope waiting for you.

Whether you're having a good day or a bad one, being kind feels good and is proven to improve your mental health. We encourage you to make Offering HOPE part of your daily mental health routine.
